Hi Sophie’s Cleaning Company, We have a large amount of student accommodation rooms that require a end of tenancy/ deep clean. Can you give me a quote for this please?
Although I am describing our Newcastle accommodation we also have around the same rooms required in our Sunderland, Durham and Middlesbrough accommodation also.
Our Newcastle would require- 200 studio apartments, including oven, cooker and extractor fan cleaning and appliances. We also require 13 balconies that require cleaning also if you could add this into your quotation.
The work would begin in July and we would require all work to be completed in 2 weeks when our new tenants would start to arrive.

Jessie booked in our cleaning service after our quote was accepted by head office, we were provided with a list of properties which required cleaning first due to tenants moving in. We then worked our way from the top of each building to bottom until each was complete. All work was successfully completed 1 day before the deadline. We then went around each room to check over and also asked management to do this also however they had already. Jessie advised us that she would 100% recommend our cleaning company and definitely use us again.
