On the day of the cleaning, Sophie’s team arrived right on time, fully equipped and ready to tackle the job. They were friendly, efficient, and extremely thorough. The kitchen was spotless when they finished. They deep-cleaned the oven, fridge, and all the cupboards. The oven, which had layers of grease, now looked brand new. All the countertops, sinks, and appliances were wiped down and gleamed when I did my final inspection.
The bathroom was equally impressive. The shower had seen better days, but the team tackled the soap scum and limescale, leaving the glass and tiles shining. The toilet, sink, and taps were meticulously cleaned, and the mirrors were polished to perfection. Even the floor and grout were scrubbed, which was something I didn’t expect but was so glad they took the time to do.

I can’t recommend Sophie’s End of Tenancy Cleaning Company enough! After moving out of my apartment in East Boldon, I needed a professional cleaning service to ensure I would get my deposit back, and Sophie and her team did not disappoint. From the first phone call, Sophie was friendly, informative, and very thorough. She explained exactly what the service would include and gave me a competitive price that was well worth the value.
On the day of the cleaning, Sophie’s team arrived on time and immediately got to work. They brought all their own cleaning supplies, including eco-friendly products, which I was really happy about. The team was polite, professional, and worked efficiently, paying attention to even the smallest details.
The kitchen was one of the areas that needed the most attention, and the team didn’t miss a single spot. They cleaned the oven, fridge, and microwave thoroughly, and all the countertops, cabinets, and floors were left looking spotless.
