Hi,I would like a quote for a end of tenancy clean for Friday the 30/8. My rental property is in Willington. We will also need our carpets cleaned.The house has 3 floors:2 bedrooms, one on suite shower room and a bathroom, walk-in-closet, 1bedroom with on suite shower room and a lounge and downstairs is an open plan kitchen which would require a deep clean including inside and outside of cupboards and living room plus a small toilet which would need descaling.Carpets on stairs x2 and the 2 top floors.Thanks in advance, Mary.
We booked in Mary’s end of tenancy clean on the date she required. This property only required a light clean as explained by Mary. However the kitchen did require a deep clean and this had taken 5 hours to complete alone due to cooking oils and a lot of sticky cupboards full of leftover foods. We complete the kitchen first as this was the toughest area. We did complete the end of tenancy clean in 1 day however this did take slightly longer than anticipated. Before we started this we left our decaling product to soak on the toilet as this was thick with limescale. We still didn’t get this completely off therefore we drained out the water and used a 2p piece to remove and Mary’s toilet was as good as new.
