I was wondering if you could give me a quote for the end of tenancy clean of a 4 bed, 1 bath, 1ensuite duplex apartment in Tynemouth. This quote would not include cleaning the oven nor carpet cleaning. The main areas are the kitchen and bathrooms they are in need of a deep clean however we have kept on top of other rooms.
Could you also tell me your hourly rate. I appreciate this quote would only be a rough guide as you will not have viewed the property.

Marion decided to go ahead with Sophie’s Cleaning Company, We advised Marion that we did not view the property to provide a quote for a end of tenancy clean which she was happy with as she had moved out of Tynemouth. Marion stated the house was in good condition however once we arrived to at the property we did advise a deep clean would be required and Marion also agreed as she had not seen the property after the removal guys had left. She advised us that she would 100% recommend Sophie’s Cleaning Company. We also clean for Marion on a regular basis now. Marion was blown away with the deep clean of the bathroom and kitchen she did not anticipate these to come as clean as they where.
